Overview
Hello I’m Anila Amrit Nana
I have a simple philosophy in life, “Be grateful for the Blessing in your life today, everything else will follow”
An Attitude of Gratitude
I found my passion and my place as a facilitator in 2000, when I moved into a Learning and Development role and found home.
It has been a journey of enlightenment, learning and growing, I found that some groups would intermediate me because I was a female, and some would embrace every moment they where in a classroom learning.
What I enjoy is the moments when a learner and I had a moment, and everything falls into place. I had to train a variety of interventions in my role as facilitator, the one I find most rewarding is training people skills and watching people change their language and path in an instant. Knowing that their conversations will never be the same and their life journey is moving towards their personal and vision.
I love sharing stories of people’s determination and absolute faith in their vision and making learners see possibilities in what sometime seem like impossible situations.
The Oracle has always been my go-to name, I love the fact that the Oracle is associated with knowing the unknowing.
I am a registered assessor with the EDTP SETA and Merseta and a Freelance Facilitator, my passion is in facilitation.
